GLASSBORORENTALS.COM to launch Version 3.0 in December 2010!

Version 3.0 will enable property owners or managers to showcase their available properties with up to 10 large pictures, instead of the small single picture of V2.0. Version 3.0 will also include a Landlord Resource page with forms and aids for today's landlords.

Since 2002 Glassboro Rentals has been a leading resource for linking Landlords and Tenants. Glassboro Rentals is the leading source for Rowan University off-campus housing and includes a direct link to Rowan University's Student Affairs webpage.

Is there a fee every time I list a property?
No. You pay only one annual membership fee of $59.00 and get unlimited property listings.

How will GlassboroRentals.com help me avoid losing rental income?
You have the ability to decide when to have your listing displayed on the home page. All listings are sorted on the home page according to the "Date Available", this allows you to post a property before it becomes empty. With traditional forms of advertising you pay for a limited duration listing, usually between 7 and 30 days.

Who will maintain my available listings?
You choose how long you want the property to be listed. Our data base allows you to keep the property on file and you have the option of flagging it to “not display” after it is rented.

I signed up, received a User Name and Password but am unable to enter a listing.
In order to have access to the Property Listing section you must submit your annual membership fee.

How do I pay my annual membership fee?
We accept Checks and PayPal (User Acct jsperr3@aol.com) as payment for your annual membership.

How will I know when my membership expires?
Members will receive notification within 30 days of the expiration of their membership to renew. Your listings will be held in our data base for 60 days after your membership expires. After 60 days, the listings will be deleted.

How will I be contacted by tenants?
Potential tenants will contact you directly by phone or email, depending on your preference. You provide the contact information in your listing.

How can I deactivate my listing once it is rented?
From your account, select "edit listing”, select the listing you want to modify, and chose the “no display” option. Your property will remain in our data base for future use but will not be displayed on the available rentals home page. You may reactivate it at any time.

How do I add a photo to my listing?
From your account, select the "upload photo" link on the Add Property page.

How many photos can I include?
You may currently include one photo with your ad.

How are properties sorted on the home page?
Properties are sorted according to the “Date Available”.

How can I optimize my listings to get the best results?
Expand the description of your listings. Remember that you are trying to attract potential customers, provide detailed information about the features and benefits of your available property.
